“Ab toh 20 saal ho gaye hain, par swaad vahi purana hai” (It’s been twenty years now, but the taste of our delicacies has stayed as good as it was)- said Saurabh Chawla, the proud owner of Punjabi Chulha on being asked about the quality and taste of food here.
He also strongly vouched for the ingredients that go into the making of the delicious meals here, stating, "No one in the city can match us in terms of taste and purity of ingredients." And going by the delicious parathas, chole and raita we tasted here on our exploratory visit, we think he has a point!
