Air Asia is expanding its fleet in India, introducing a new direct flight between Lucknow's Chaudhary Charan Singh Internationa (CCSI) Airport and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The new service is set to commence on September 13.

Currently, Lucknow's CCS International Airport hosts direct flights to three destinations: Muscat (Oman), Sharjah (UAE), and Dubai (UAE). With the introduction of Air Asia’s new route, the number of international flights from Lucknow will increase to four, further boosting the airport’s global connectivity.

Kuala Lumpur is a popular tourist destination specially for the travel enthusiasts of India. This new route will provide a direct travel option for passengers across the state, allowing them to fly seamlessly from Lucknow to Kuala Lumpur without needing to transit through other cities.
