Lucknow tent cities that hosted GIS '23 guests to remain open for the public till Feb 15

The majestically designed tent cities in Lucknow's Vrindavan Yojana, that hosted the recently concluded Global Investors' Summit, are open for the public till Feb 15. The Uttar Pradesh tourism department put out a tweet with aerial pictures of the beautiful tent city, luring average townsfolk to the space.

With a capacity of 250 rooms each, the three tent cities were named Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura. The purpose of naming them after these three cities of enormous cultural significance was to give the guests a peak into the state's rich cultural heritage. The design of the tent cities, too, was a nod to the timeless heritage of each of the cities.

The main-entrance to the Ayodhya tent city, for instance, was adorned with designs from the Ramayana era while the Kashi tent city's gate was crafted on the lines of the ancient city of Kashi. The entrance to the Mathura tent city, on the other hand, welcomed the guests with beautiful designs from the era of Lord Krishna.

Apart from being a cultural tour of Uttar Pradesh, the three tent cities were also filled to the brim with luxury amenities. The 750 luxury tents, populating the tent cities, all had five-star facilities for the guests. In addition to that, guests had access to a gaming zone, badminton court, cultural hall, gym, spa, dining hall and a slew of other amenities.

Average city folk will now be able to witness these magnificent tent cities between till Feb 15 and behold the splendid designs and the sheer luxury that the tent city offered.
