The summer placement process for PG students at IIM Lucknow has now concluded where the average stipend stood at ₹1.43 lakh per month. Out of the 576 offers, international offers reached the high of ₹1.75 lakh per month while the highest domestic offer stood at a whopping ₹3.95 lakhs per month.

UP govt receives largest share of tax devolution from the Centre

The Uttar Pradesh government received the highest share of tax devolution from the Central government, at ₹31,962 crore. This amount has been given to the state government out of the total allocation of ₹1,78,173 crore. After UP, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar received the highest share.

City hospitals add more beds as Dengue cases rise in Lucknow

Responding to the sudden surge in dengue cases in Lucknow, government hospitals are adding beds to their reserved wards. Notably, dengue cases in the city have been on the spike lately, at an average of 100 more cases every two days. Residents have also been advised to take all necessary precautions.
