Fogging activities intensify as 1700 fresh dengue cases reported in UP

Fogging and antiviral activities have intensified across UP with over 1700 new dengue cases being reported. Out of the new cases, Lucknow alone witnessed 37 fresh dengue cases. Most of these cases in the city were detected in community health centres in Indira Nagar, Chinhat, Aishbagh, Turiaganj areas.

KGMU campus to get new pediatric trauma care facility

Lucknow's King George Medical University will get a dedicated pediatric trauma care facility and AIIMS Bhopal will help KGMU in developing this new facility. As part of the process, resident doctors from Lucknow will also visit AIIMS Bhopal to learn how the pediatric trauma center works out there.

Lucknow Mahotsav to return after five years; To be held from November 25 to December 5

The city is all set to welcome Lucknow Mahotsav after five long years, which will be held from November 25 to December 5. The venue for this year's mahotsav will be the Kanshi Ram Smriti Upwan in Lucknow's Ashiyana neighbourhood.

Lucknow GPO launches self-booking kiosk facility at 30 locations across the city

To ensure quick postal services, Lucknow GPO has launched a Self-Booking Kiosk (SBK) facility at a total of 30 locations across the city. Thanks to this new service, residents can send parcels and letters via speed post whenever they want from the nearest kiosk.
