Their menu, which is divided into two sections for food and drinks & hukka has a lot of sub divisions. The chef at TPB has not only made special Pebbles dishes but has also brought the best global food to Lucknow, such as Chicken Shashlik, Greek Moussaka, Grilled Garlic Prawns and much more. While the Greek Moussaka is a luscious layer of juicy minced mutton, which is cooked in tomato based sauce with layers of sweet eggplant, chicken shashlik is made up on a bed of rice and is served with tomato sauce and vegetables.
