Lucknow, it's that time of year again! Bappa is back and the city is buzzing with puja pandals. As the aroma of Modak fills the air it's time for you to get set for some pandal hopping!

We've put together a list of magnificent Ganesh Utsav pandals in Lucknow just for you. Also, since it's already day 2 of the festival, you should head out ASAP because some of these pandals are here for just 3 or 5 days.

Jhulelal Vatika Ganesh Utsav

This magnificent pandal, situated at Jhulelal Vatika on the banks of the Gomti River, is a well-known attraction in Lucknow. It draws huge crowds for a solid 10 days during the festival and the Visarjan ceremony, making it the city's most popular pandal.

What's great about it is that you can also visit the Hanuman Setu and Hanumant Dham temples nearby, which are just a stone's throw away! The idol at the pandal is always decked out with fancy jewellery and decorations, just like every year. To top it off, the fair surrounding the pandal offers a variety of food, rides, cultural shows, and much more for everyone to enjoy!

Paper Mill Colony ke Bappa

Crafted by the folks from Akshay Samiti in the heart of Paper Mill Colony, this pandal is an absolute stunner. It's not just a regular pandal; it's like a mini-carnival in itself. You've got everything from mouthwatering food stalls to trendy clothing shops, kids rides and a lot more to explore around it.

Draped in mesmerizing shades of red and blue, the idol is truly a sight to behold. However, the Paper Mill Colony pandal won't be around for the full 10-day extravaganza. It's a limited-time affair, so if you want to soak in its beauty, you better hurry and pay it a visit pronto!

Mahanagar Sector-C, Ramleela Maidan Ganesh Utsav

As you can see in the picture, this colossal Lord Ganesh idol stands out as one of the most distinctive in the entire city. It's a bit like the multi-headed Lord Brahma, as it proudly showcases the faces of both Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.

Just like the other pandals, there's no shortage of things to see and do here. However, it's essential to keep in mind that this place won't be adorned for long. So, if you want to experience its unique charm, make sure to swing by tomorrow!

Aliganj Ke Raja, Ganesh Pandal, Chandrashekhar Azad Park

Set up in the picturesque Chandrashekhar Azad Park of Aliganj Sector B, this pandal has made a shift from its previous spot, Gulab Vatika, this year. It's buzzing with enthusiastic visitors and boasts a magnificent, orange coloured Lord Ganesha idol.

One unique aspect here is the presence of informative standees featuring renowned personalities and India's valiant freedom fighters. These standees are sure to impart valuable knowledge to curious minds, especially children. If you want to catch this gem, don't delay because it's here only until tomorrow.

Patrakarpuram Gomti Nagar Ganesh Utsav Pandal

Nestled near the bustling Patrakarpuram intersection, this is another 10-day pandal that enjoys immense popularity and a stellar reputation among the city's residents.

The pandal itself exudes a regal charm, resembling a majestic palace and the idol, positioned amidst the divine Shiv Parivar, and is an absolute marvel. Make sure not to miss out on the chance to visit this stunning pandal during the Utsav!
