15% work completed on Bandra Kurla Complex station for Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train

According to the latest National High-Speed Rail Corporation (NHRCL) announcement, 15% of the civil work on the Bandra Kurla Complex station for India's first bullet train has been completed. It is noteworthy that the NHRCL plans to complete the work on this station by the year 2027, which is being specially made for 16-coach bullet trains. Further, the Bandra Kurla Complex station is slated to be the sole underground station on this high-speed rail corridor.

During the peak of the construction work, up to 6,000 people are working to ensure the swift completion of the Bandra Kurla Complex station. Furthermore, NHRCL officials say that they're focusing on maintaining environmental sustainability throughout the construction process.
