In the bustling streets of Bandra, a new eatery has taken a pocket-sized seat. Enter Benne - Heritage Bangalore Dosa, founded by Akhil Iyer and Shriya Narayan. The couple's deep nostalgia for homely, authentic dosas inspired them to venture into hospitality and welcome Benne, which translates to "butter" in Kannada.

Already popular with Bollywood celebs like Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Dia Mirza and Masaba Gupta, this new cafe in Bandra is the talk of the town! Open on select days with plans to extend its operating hours, currently you can expect a high wait time, when here.

At the heart of Benne's menu lies a rare gem hailing from the streets of Bangalore—the elusive Benne Dosa. Renowned for its unparalleled crispiness and melt-in-your-mouth texture, this iconic dish is pulling in lines of customers to Bandra, and we mean it. This is because Benne offers much more than just the promise of a perfect dosa. Drawing inspiration from the rich culinary heritage of South India, the menu boasts an array of traditional dishes reinvented for the modern palate.
