When it comes to fine dining, presentation is as important as the taste and authenticity of the dish. And when it comes to presentation, it doesn't get better than Michelangelo's David, served at Mumbai's Nava restaurant.

And when this unique dessert is served, it is covered with red edible cloth for you to unveil it like the culinary masterpiece it is. So, without further ado, let's bite into it, folks!

Inspired by Michelangelo's 16th-century 'David'  sculpture

Michelangelo's David at Nava restaurant seeks inspiration from 'David' by the Italian Renaissance sculptor, Michelangelo. 'David' is widely believed to be the greatest sculpture in the world. Naturally, thousands of tourists flock to the Academia Gallery in Florence every month, for a mere glimpse of this 16th century masterpiece.

Furthermore, the unique Michelangelo dessert at Nava also boasts a growing fanbase. And it's not all because of its spectacular appearance. With white chocolate mousse on the outside and the interior of tadgola fillings, every ingredient in there contributes to making it a delight for dessert-lovers.

The Mysterious Edible Red Cloth

Remember the red edible cloth we talked about? Its ingredients have been kept a secret by the chefs at Nava restaurant. So, if you consider yourself a culinary expert, do try and guess what they are! Just letting you know that we couldn't figure it out.
