WR to launch Bandra-Palitana Special Train for Paryushan Parv on September 6; bookings open now
Western Railway has announced a special train service to meet the increased travel demand during the ongoing Paryushan Parv festival. The Bandra Terminus – Palitana Samvatsari Special (Train No. 09121/09122) will begin on September 6, 2024, offering a convenient travel option for festival-goers.
The outbound journey (Train No. 09121) will depart from Bandra Terminus at 14:30 hours on September 6, reaching Palitana at 06:00 hours the next day. The return journey (Train No. 09122) will leave Palitana at 21:00 hours on September 8, arriving at Bandra Terminus at 11:00 hours the following day.
This special service will make stops at key stations including Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and Sihor in both directions. The train will feature a mix of AC 3-Tier, Sleeper, and General Second Class coaches to cater to various passenger needs.
Bookings are open from today, September 4, 2024, at 18:00 hours, available at all PRS counters and on the IRCTC website.
