An Ode to Authentic Vietnamese Fare: Nho Saigon in BKC is back with its annual Lantern Festival
The words 'fresh', 'fragrant' and 'fascinating', stand out most when we get to describe Vietnamese food and for good reason. It follows a five-pronged philosophy, with sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and spicy flavours fuel-ing each dish. The best part you ask? It tastes delicious.
So, if you’ve not had a satisfying Vietnamese meal yet, now is the time 'coz Nho Saigon in BKC is back with its annual Lantern Festival and it’s bigger, better and more!
Timeless Charm!
The culinary minds at Nho Saigon have come up with a special Lantern Festive Menu starring authentic Vietnamese flavours, good amount of vegetables and herbs, and of course a jazzy bit of style when it comes to the presentation.
Whenever you plan to visit, start off by digging your teeth into Nho Saigon's Grilled Pineapple and Tofu Summer Rolls doused in delicious Peanut Dip (₹475) and voila! Moving on to the mains, Pho Dau Hu Tron (₹575) steamed flat noodles sautéed with fried garlic, shallots, peanuts, scallion oil with ponzu sauce is an absolute killer.
